Our way of working

Introduction

Our process begins with a deep dive into your business. We take the time to ask questions, understand your value proposition, proof points, pain points, and current approach. By listening carefully and analysing your processes, we identify opportunities for improvement and tailor solutions specifically to your use case.

Our main objective is to design systems that align with your goals, ensuring they help you find and engage the right people efficiently. This partnership-driven approach ensures every solution is fully customised to your needs.

Strategy

After defining your different customer segments, we work closely with you to craft a plan for executing and engaging with your audience in the most effective way. Together, we identify the most effective tools and platforms to support your Go-To-Market (GTM) motions, ensuring your sales systems are efficient, reliable, and built for growth.

This includes understanding your value proposition and mapping how the gains of your service or product address the pains and needs of different user groups across these segments. This foundation informs the core of our messaging and ensures relevance to each audience.

Execution

From the strategy, we break down objectives into functional campaigns, categorising them into evergreen campaigns (always-on, ongoing efforts) and one-off campaigns (e.g., one-time upsells or post-event emails). For each campaign, we finalise all copy, relevance snippets, and timing to ensure both parties are in alignment before building.

Once confirmed, we take care of the rest—building out Clay workflows, enriching the data, and delivering the finished campaigns. We launch these campaigns for you and set up integrations with your sales system, allowing you to seamlessly manage replies and track interest.
